For same day orders use the Contact Us form on the Contact Us page with your request and details. Same day orders are subject to an additional $10 fee.
 

For Early Bird orders or orders placed more than 7 days in advance, please confirm this date in your order request. This date will override date in Shipping Details at Checkout.
